Abstract

The conditions governing the rent agreement are found in chapter 1548 of the civil law book naming the rent as an agreement by which one party attached himself to give to the other party the pleasure of something, for a certain time and ata price of something, which the party later had been able to pay. Formulation of the problem: 1) How is the implementation of the car rental agreement at PT. Rajawali Primary Group? 2) What is the form of dispute resolution and PT. Rajawali Pratama Group against defaults committed by car renters?. The type of research used in this research is sociological legal research. The data used includes primary data and secondary data. The data was obtained through interviews and field studies. Conclusion of research results: 1) Lease agreement at PT. Rajawali Pratama Gtoup is made in writing and contains the rights and obligations of each of the parties, after which the parties can sign the agreement. 2) If there is a late return, a fine of 1 day's rental price will be imposed, the lessor will give a warning or a warning letter to the lessee, if the warning is not heeded, the lessor will withdraw the vehicle. And if there is a dispute between the two parties it is resolved
