Abstract

Penelitianini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruhmultiple largeshareholder structure, enterprise risk management disclosure, hedgingdankinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Nilai perusahaandiukurmenggunakanTobins Q.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaannon keuanganyang terdaftardi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari2013-2017. Sampel dipilih berdasarkanmetodepurposive samplingdan akhirnya diperoleh37perusahaan. Data yangdigunakan merupakan data sekunder yang berasal dari websiteIndonesiaStockExchangewww.idx.co.id.Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwamultiple large shareholder structuredanenterprise risk management disclosureberpengaruh positif signifikanterhadapnilai perusahaan, sementarahedgingdan kinerja lingkungantidakberpengaruh terhadap nilaiperusahaan.Kata Kunci :multiple large shareholder structure, enterprise risk managementdisclosure, hedging,kinerja lingkungan,nilai perusahaan
