Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh indeks pembangunan manusia, Upah Minimum Provinsi, disparitas pendapatan dan fasilitas umum terhadap risen migrasi masuk ke Pulau Jawa. Penelitian dilakukan pada provinsi provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Data yang digunakan dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2022. Pengolahan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan bantuan Eviews 9. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dan pengujian t-statistik. Sesuai dengan hasil pengkajian hipotesis model dilakukan dengan menggunakan Random Efect Model (REM) ditemukan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risen migrasi masuk ke Pulau Jawa. Hasil pengujian hipotesis juga menemukan upah minimum provinsi dan disparitas pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risen migrasi masuk ke Pulau Jawa, sedangkan fasilitas kesehatan dan fasilitas pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risen migrasi masuk di Pulau Jawa. Kata Kunci: Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Upah Minimum Provinsi Disparitas Pendapatan, Fasilitas Umum dan Risen Migrasi This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of the human development index, Provincial Minimum Wage, income disparity and public facilities on the risen migration to Java Island. The research was conducted in provinces on the island of Java. The data used is from 2016 to 2022. Data processing was carried out using Eviews 9. The data analysis method used was panel data regression and t-statistical testing. According to the results of testing the model hypothesis using the Random Effect Model (REM), it was found that the Human Development Index had a significant effect on the risen migration to Java Island. The results of hypothesis testing also found that the provincial minimum wage and income disparity had no significant effect on the risen migration to Java Island, while health facilities and educational facilities had a significant effect on the risen migration in Java Island.
