The sample of this study are Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2012-2016 research period. The number of samples used in this study were as many as 35 companies using census method techniques. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing by using a T-test to test the percentage coefficient of regression and F-test to test the effect together with a significant level of 5%. The results obtained in this study are Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on stock prices while the size of the company has a positive effect on stock prices.
