Abstract
Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Stres Kerja Pegawai Pada Satuan Kerja Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera V Direktorat Sumber Daya Air Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum Dan Perumahan Rakyat Prety Nisa1, Akmal2, Ice Kamela3 Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Bung Hatta E mail: pretty.nisa06@gmail.com, drakmal210@gmail.com, Ice kamela@gmail.com ABSTRACT The problems that occur in the execution of employee duties indicate job stress are reinforced by the data of employee performance recapitulation in the collection of reports obtained from the administrative division of the personnel sector in sumatera v river basin development work unit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self efficacy and Emotional Intelligence Against employee job stress in sumatera v river basin development work unit. The population in this study were employees in sumatra v river basin work unit with 125 samples taken by purposive sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant negative effect on job stress and emotional intelligence had a negative and significant effect on job stress. The suggestion that the self efficacy variable has the most influence on job stress, it is suggested that the sumatera river basin office unit always provide training to improve self-efficacy for employees in carrying out their work in accordance with the responsibilities given so that with strong self-efficacy Keywords: Self and high Efficacy, jon Emotional stress can Intelligence, be overcome.
