Abstract

DAMPAK BURNOUT TERHADAP JOB SATISFACTION DAN WORK LIFE-BALANCE PADA POLISI LALU LINTAS DI POLRES PADANG PARIAMAN Desi Suryani , Surya Dharma1, Linda Wati2 1Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Bung Hatta E-mail: desisuryani41@gmail.com sdharma3005@gmail.com 111nda@yahoo.co.id ABSTRACT The study aims to determine the impact of burnout on job satisfaction and work life- Balance on traffic police at Polres Padang Pariaman. The sample in this research is the member of traffic police in Padang Pariaman Resort Police which is 52 people. In this research using technique in sampling is census method. Type of data used is primary data through the questionnaire. Data analysis method used is Structural Ecuation Modeling (SEM) with Visual PLS type. Test the hypothesis by using statistical T-test to prove the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially or individually. The results of this study found that burnout had a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction on traffic police at Polres Padang Pariaman. Bunout has a negative and significant impact on work life- Balance on traffic police at Polres Padang Pariaman. Keywords: Burnout, Job Satisfaction, Work life-Balance
