Abstract

The purpose of this research is to help school find alternatives to reduce the occurance of work family conflict that occurs in female teachers in SMPN 12 Padang, trough the perceived organizational support and self efficacy. The total number of this research sample is 51 female teachers by using sampling technique of cencus method. The type of data used primary data trough questionnaires distribution. This research uses one dependent variabel that is work family conflict. The perform hyphotesis testing is done by using analisys of quantitative method trough the formation of multiple linear regression model and t-statistical test. Based on the results of hyphotesis testing conducted by using the assistance of SPSS 16 program found that the perceived organizational support has a positive and significant impact on work family conflict. While self efficacy has no effect on work family conflict. Keywords : Perceived organizational support, self efficacy, work family conflict
