Abstract
Pra rancangan pabrik Sabun Cair dari CPO kapasitas 13000 ton/tahun dengan masa kerja operasi 330 hari per tahu. . Pabrik direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2020 yang beralokasi di Dumai, Riau. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas dengan Struktur organisasi “garis dan staf” dan mempekerjakan karyawan sebanyak 123 orang. Hasil analisa Ekonomi Pra rancangan pabrik Sabun Cair dari CPO yang telah dihitung diperoleh sebagai berkut: Umur pabrik : 10 tahun Massa konstruksi : 2 tahun Fixed Capital Investment : US $ 8908655,733 Working Capital Investment : US $ 1572115,717 Total Capital Investment (TCI) : US $ 1048077,4471 Total Production Cost : US $ 48129738,3980 Selling Price : US $ 61083910,8 Rate of Return : 86,52 % Pay out Time : 1 tahun 8 bulan Break Even Point : 50,67 %
