Abstract
Pra rancangan pabrik Biodiesel dengan bahan baku CPO(Crude Palm Oil ) dan methanol dengan bantuan katalis NaOH. Proses Beroperasi secara Kontiniu dengan menggunakan Reaktor Ultrasonik dengan masa operasi 300 hari per tahun dan kapasitas produksi yang di rencanakan 400.000 ton/tahun. Pabrik ini di rencanakan berdiri pada tahun 2021 yang berlokasi di Dumai. Bentuk perusahaan adalah perseroan terbatas dengan struktur organisasi “Line ”. Hasil analisa ekonomi pra rancangan pabrik Biodiesel yang telah di hitung di peroleh sebagai beriku: Umur pabrik : 10 tahun Massa konstruksi : 2 tahun Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = US$ 30.639.924,92 = Rp 702.431.570.528 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = US$ 5.407.045,57 = Rp 72.221.907.733,99 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 36.046.970,49 = Rp 481.479.384.893 Total Sales (TS) = US$ 276.800.000 = Rp 3.697.217.600.000 Rate of Return (ROR) = 53,74 % Pay of Time (POT) = 2 tahun 4 bulan 4 hari Break Event Point (BEP) = 57,24 %
