Abstract
The research about review the feasibility of manufacturing industry into lump became blanket small capacity at kabupaten kepulauan meranti. In this research the need for a financial analysis of the worth or not the establishment of a processing plan lump became blanket small capacity can be implemented easily by the farming communities. Data processing includes project requests, cost calculation, calculation net present value, discounted payback period, internal rate of return. Result show the parameter values Net Present Value (NPV) with interest rates 11.5% as big as 1,469,457,031 (a feasible plan if NPV ≥ 0). Discounted Pay Back Period for 4 years (in the fourth years) with a net value at the time of Rp 281,952,692. Limit the ability of cashflow or Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for a description of cashflow in on interest rates 36.74%.
