Abstract

This study offers a new contribution by exploring the influence of environmental social governance and dividend policy on stock prices, as well as the role of profitability as a moderating variable . The population in this study were all companies included in the ESG Quality 45 Index IDX KEHATI during the period 2021-2023 . Hypothesis testing in this study used moderated regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study indicate that environmental social governance (ESG) has a significant on stock prices, dividend policy does not affect stock prices, profitability has a significant effect on stock prices, profitability moderates the relationship between environmental social governance and stock prices and profitability does not moderate the relationship between dividend policy and stock prices.
