Abstract

Sijunjung Regency Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2014 concerning food and beverage supervision aims to ensure that food and beverages circulating are free from hazardous substances, hygiene and comply with legal aspects. The formulation of the problem is how the implementation of the drinking water depot supervision procedure by the health office based on the regional regulation of Sijunjung Regency number 11 of 2014 concerning Food and Beverage Control, what are the obstacles and efforts to overcome them. This study uses a sociological juridical approach using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the Health Office and DAM owners. Secondary data were obtained based on the DAM report from the Sijunjung District Health Office. The data were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that: (1) DAM supervision by the Health Office has been carried out but has not been implemented according to regulations, including not all drinking water depots have been supervised, have not been implemented according to the set schedule and there have been no sanctions for violators. (2) The Health Office faces, among others, in the form of immature planning, the absence of a budget ceiling and a lack of coordination with related sectors, and (3) the Health Office's efforts to overcome the obstacles in the supervision of the Drinking Water Depot by planning for the implementation of activities in 2021, including activities within the budget ceiling and increase cooperation with related sectorsKeywords: Implementation, Supervision, Drinking Water Depot.
