Abstract

ABSTRACT Renewable Energy is energy that is present as an alternative to fossil energy. This energy comes from nature, is easy to obtain, environmentally friendly, and the process is sustainable. Looking at the Indonesian climate, which only tends to be divided into two, namely the summer and the rainy season, the potential for renewable energy in Indonesia creates potential, as in this study the use of solar energy using solar panels to produce electrical energy and can be implemented for the drying process of fish using heating elements when the weather is rain and night. The components used are 8 solar panels with a capacity of 920 Wp, or 1 solar panel with a capacity of 115 Wp, 4 batteries connected in parallel with a capacity of 12 V, 320 Ah or 1 battery with a capacity of 12 V, 80 Ah, MPPT SCC, and load element heaters and DC fans. In cloudy weather the highest power value is 565.44 Wp with a voltage of 45.6 Volts and a current of 12.4 Ampere, In rainy weather the highest power value is 347.99 WP with a voltage of 39.1 Volts and a current of 8.9 Ampere, and sunny weather the highest power value is 781.96 Wp with a voltage of 45.2 Volts and a current of 17.3 Ampere Keywords: New Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, 115 Wp Solar Panel, 920 Wp Solar Power Plant, Fish Dryer,
