Abstract

Abstrak Bendung banda panjang selayo terletak di kecamatan kubung, kabupaten solok, yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk meninggikan taraf muka air, untuk mendapatkan tinggi terjun, sehingga air sungai dapat disadap dan dialirkan secara gravitasi ke tempat tertentu yang membutuhkannya. Berdasarkan hasil survey kelapangan bendung tersebut rusak akibat banjir dan tidak bisa di fungsikan sepenuhnya, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan desain secara rinci untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya air yang ada dengan dilakukan perancanaan bendung. Studi perencanaan bendung dimulai dari analisa hidrologi, Hidrolis bendung dan stabilitas konstruksinya. Data-data pendukung adalah peta topografi dan data curah hujan berdasarkan 15 tahun pengamatan. Bendung direncanakan dengan umur rencana 100 tahun. Dari hasil perencanaa didapat : luas catchment area 30,6 km2, debit 100 tahun Q100 =1411,216 m3/dt. Lebar bendung 22,9 m, tinggi mercu bendung 2 m dan tinggi energi (H1) = 2 m, sehingga dapat mengairi areal pertanian 378 Ha. Pada perhitungan stabilitas bendung dalam keadaan air normal diadapat angka keamanan terhadap guling 2.28 ≥ 1,5, geser 1,60 ≥ 1,5, daya dukung tanah 4,072 < 32,567. Pada saat air dalam keadaan banjir didapat angka keaman terhadap guling 2 > 1,50, geser 1,54 > 1,50, dan daya dukung tanah 5,37 < =========================================================================The long banda dam is located in Kubung sub-district, Solok district, which was built with the aim of raising the water level, to get the height of the waterfall, so that river water can be tapped and flowed gravity to certain places that need it. Based on the survey results, the weir field is damaged due to flooding and cannot be fully functioned, therefore it is necessary to do a detailed design to optimize the potential of existing water resources by planning the weir. The study of planning the long banda dam selayo starts from the hydrological analysis, the hydraulic dam and the stability of the construction. Supporting data are topographic maps and rainfall data based on 15 years of observation. Weir is planned with a planned age of 100 years. From the planning results obtained: the area of the catchment area of 30.6 km2, the discharge of 100 years Q100 = 1411,216 m3 / s. Weir width 22.9 m, weir height 2 m and energy height (H1) = 2 m, so it can irrigate 378 hectares of agricultural area. In the calculation of weir stability under normal water conditions, there is a safety value of rolling 2.28 ≥ 1.5, sliding 1.60 ≥ 1.5, carrying capacity of land 4.072 <32.567. When the water is flooded, the safety value of bolsters 2> 1.50, sliding 1.54> 1.50, and soil carrying capacity 5.37 <32.567. Then we get stable weir construction
