Abstract
The economy shows the extent to which economic activity increases people's income in a certain period. To obtain the welfare of people's lives, the implementation of development must be carried out so that economic growth is achieved. This study aims to analyze how much influence inflation, Rural Bank assets, Rural Bank credit, and third-party funds from Rural Banks have on the economy in Indonesia. The method used is panel data regression with a fixed effect model in the period 2014-2020. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of the study partially show that the inflation coefficient coefficient is -0.033 and is significant, the Rural Bank asset variable has a coefficient of -0.006 and is not significant, the Rural Bank credit variable is 0.119 and is significant, the coefficient value of the Rural Bank third party funds variable is 0.064 and is not significant. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that the variables of inflation, assets, credit and third party funds, simultaneously affect the variables of the economy in Indonesia. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.99. So these results show that 99 percent of the contribution of the ups and downs of economic variables is determined by the variables of inflation, assets, credit and third party funds, while the remaining 1 percent is influenced by other variables outside the model
