Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan word of mouth terhadap brand switching mobil Toyota Avanza di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang beralih ke mobil merek Toyota Avanza di kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand switching mobil Toyota Avanza di Kota Padang. Harga dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap brand switching mobil Toyota Avanza di Kota Padang. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Word Of Mouth, Brand Switching ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and word of mouth on the brand switching of Toyota Avanza cars in Padang City. This research is a quantitative research and uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of this study is all consumers who switch to the Toyota Avanza brand car in the city of Padang. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the study showed that product quality partially had a positive and significant effect on the brand switching of Toyota Avanza cars in Padang City. Price and word of mouth have a positive and insignificant effect on the brand switching of the Toyota Avanza in Padang City. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Word Of Mouth, Brand Switching
