Abstract
Pra Rancangan Pabrik Biodiesel dari PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate)dengan kapasitas96.860 ton/tahun direncanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam dan luar negeri.Dari analisa teknis dan ekonomi yang dilakukan, maka Biodiesel dari PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate)dengan kapasitas96.860 ton/tahun, layak didirikan pada tahun 2025 di Santan, Kalimantan Timur. Pra Rancangan Biodiesel dari PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate)merupakan perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi line and staff dengan jumlah tenaga kerja 83 orang yang terdiri dari 20 karyawan shift dan 63 orang karyawan non shift. Dari perhitungan analisa ekonomi, maka PabrikFatty alcohol dariFatty acidini layak didirikan dengan : • Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = US$ 164,768,726.73 = Rp 2,253,706,644,208.09 • Working Capital Investment (WCI) = US$ 29,076,834.13 = Rp 397,712,937,213.19 • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 193,845,560.8584 = Rp 2,651,419,581,421.28 • Total Sales (TS) = US$ 290,586,105.0000 = Rp 3,974,636,744,190.00 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 197,245,502.52 = Rp 2,697,923,983,489.03 • Rate of Return (ROR) = 42.13 % • Pay of Time (POT) = 2 tahun 9 bulan 22 hari • Break Event Point (BEP) = 23%
