Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal, Biaya Produksi, Harga Produk dan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja terhadap Pendapatan UMKM Sektor Kuliner di kota Sawahlunto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif ini menekankan pada analisa atau deskriptif dan dikaji secara kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara dan kuesioner (angket) dan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus sebanyak 80 responden, teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis liner berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Biaya Produksi dan Harga Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan UMKM. Sedangkan Variabel Jumlah Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM kuliner di kota Sawahlunto. Dan variabel Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Kata Kunci : Modal, Biaya Produksi, Harga Produk, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja, Pendapatan UMKM The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital, Production Costs, Product Prices and Total Labor on Culinary Sector MSME Income in the city of Sawahlunto. This type of research is qualitative research. This qualitative research emphasizes analysis or descriptive and studied qualitatively. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire) and sampling techniques using census techniques as many as 80 respondents, data analysis techniques in this study, namely multiple liner analysis techniques. The results of the study it can be concluded that the variables of Production Costs and Product Prices have a positive and significant effect on MSME Income. Meanwhile, the Variable Number of Labor has a negative and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs in the city of Sawahlunto. And the Capital Variable has no effect on MSME income.
