Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction, perceived value on the intention to continuously use e-wallet funds in the city of Padang. The sample used was 72 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data is processed using Stata. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The data source is primary data. The results of this study indicate that user satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to continue use of e-wallet funds in the city of Padang, perceived value has a positive effect on the intention to continue use of e-wallet funds in the city.
