Abstract

ANALISIS KERUSAKAN JALAN PERKERASAN LENTUR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX (PCI) DAN METODE BINA MARGA BESERTA PENANGANANNYA (STUDI KASUS : RUAS JALAN BYPASS KOTA PARIAMAN STA 52+100-STA 57+100) Fitri Oktavia Tanjung, Eva Rita, Zufrimar Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaaan, Universitas Bung Hatta Padang Email : fitrioktaviatanjung1997@gmail.com, carlovana113@ymail.com, zufrimar@bunghatta.ac.id Abstrak Ruas jalan Bypass Kota Pariaman mengalami kerusakan yang dapat menyebabkan terganggunya keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam berkendara. Analisis kerusakan dilakukan karena jalan bypass merupakan jalur bagi kendaraan berat yang akan melintasi Kota Pariaman. Untuk mengetahui jenis penanganannya, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode PCI yang penilaian kondisi kerusakan jalan berdasarkan jenis, tingkat keparahan serta kadar kerusakan, dan metode Bina Marga yang penilaian kondisi kerusakan berdasarkan nilai urutan prioritas. Data yang dibutuhkan yaitu data primer, yang terdiri dari jenis, dimensi, serta tingkat keparahan kerusakan, dan data sekunder yang terdiri dari data LHR, nilai IRI, dan curah hujan. Nilai IRI digunakan untuk menentukan tebal overlay yang berfungsi untuk memperbaiki kerataan permukaan jalan. Jenis kerusakan pada ruas Jalan Bypass Kota Pariaman yaitu retak kulit buaya, retak memanjang, retak melintang, tambalan, lubang, dan amblas. Nilai PCI ruas jalan Bypass Kota Pariaman yaitu 48.7 menunjukan kondisi sedang (fair). Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Bina Marga, nilai urutan prioritas berada pada rentang 4-6 yang menunjukan jalan perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan berkala. Tebal overlay yang dibutuhkan yaitu 5.5 cm menggunakan lapisan AC-WC. Air yang menggenangi permukaan jalan dapat menyebabkan kerusakan jalan. Hasil pengecekan kondisi drainase dilapangan, dimensi drainase dapat menampung debit sebesar 5.04 m3/detik lebih besar dari debit rencana yaitu 0.57m3/detik. Damage analysis needs to be done because the Bypass road is a track for heavy vehicles that will cross the city of Pariaman. To find out the type of maintenance, the method used is the PCI method which assesses the condition of road damage based on the type, severity and damage density, and the Bina Marga method which assesses the condition of damage based on priority values. The data needed is primary data, which consists of the type, dimensions, and severity of damage, and secondary data consisting of LHR data, IRI values, and rainfall. IRI value is used to determine the thickness of the overlay that serves to increase the evenness on the road surface. The types of damage Bypass Road in Pariaman City are aligator cracks, longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, patches, holes and depression. The PCI value of Bypass Road in Pariaman City is 48.7 where the damage condition is fair. The results of the analysis using the Bina Marga method, the priority order values are in the range of 4-6 which indicates the road needs to be included in the periodic maintenance program. The overlay thickness is 5.5 cm using the AC-WC layer. Stagnant water on the road surface can cause road damage. The results of checking the condition of drainage in the field, the dimensions of the drainage can accommodate a debit of 5.04 m3 / second greater than the planned discharge which is 0.57m3 / second.
