Abstract

Abstak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan kompensasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Satria Antaran Prima Express. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis meggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner berupa angket disebarkan langsung kepada 81 responden .Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT.Satria antaran prima express kota padang. Satria Delivery Prima Express. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to the company's employees. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Data were collected through questionnaires in the form of questionnaires distributed directly to 81 respondents. The results of the research showed that workload had a negative effect on satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect on job satisfaction and compensation had no effect on job satisfaction at PT Satria Antaran Prima Express Padang City.
