Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa pengiriman barang Ninja Express di Kota Padang. Sampel yang digunakan 80 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS. Jenis data pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Express di Kota Padang, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Express di Kota Padang dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Express di Kota pdang. Kata Kunci : Harga,Kualitas Pelayanan,Citra Perusahaan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of price and quality service, and company image on customer satisfaction of Ninja Express goods delivery services in Padang City. The sample used was 80 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data is processed using SPSS. The type of data in this research is primary data. The results of this research show that price has a positive effect on Ninja Express customer satisfaction in Padang City, service quality has a positive effect on Ninja Express customer satisfaction in Padang City and company image has a positive effect on Ninja Express customer satisfaction in Pdang City.
