Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of labor area and inflation on Gambir Production in Fifty Cities Regency because most of the Fifty-City Districts are farming, there are many farmers in Fifty-City District, there are only a few sub-districts that are suitable for gambir cultivation. such as Mungka sub-district, Lime X sub-district and Lareh Sago Halaban sub-district, these areas produce quite a lot of gambier, even fifty cities are the number one producer of gambier in the province of West Sumatra. Coincidentally, my village is in Mungka sub-district so I took the initiative to make gambier production the title of analysis. my research. The conclusion of this research is . Land area has a significant effect on gambier production in Fifty Cities Regency, meaning that land area affects changes in gambier production in Fifty Cities Regency, Labor has a significant effect on gambir production in Fifty Kota Regency. Fifty Cities, inflation has a unidirectional and insignificant relationship with gambier production in Fifty Cities Regency. This is because the increase in gambier prices in Fifty Cities Regency is faster than the increase in salaries or wages of workers in the company. This will give the entrepreneur a higher profit. The increase in profits earned by entrepreneurs will encourage entrepreneurs to produce more so that production results will increase.
