Abstract
PENGARUH E- SATISFACTION, DAN E-TRUST TERHADAP E-LOYALTY PADA E-COMMERCE LAZADA (Studi Kasus Tentang : Konsumen E-Commerce Lazada di Kota Padang) Ririn1, Mery Trianita2 Prodi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis, Universitas Bung Hatta E-mail : ririnririn83965@gmail.com, merytrianita@bunghatta.ac.id Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara pengaruh e-satisfaction dan e-trust terhadap e-loyalty (Studi Kasus Tentang : Konsumen E-Commerce Lazada di Kota Padang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen E-commerce Lazada di kota Padang. Dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji T-test statistik untuk membuktikan pengaruh variable independen terhadap variable dependen secara parsial atau individu. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa e-satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalty E-commerce Lazada. e-trust berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap e-loyalty E-commerce Lazada. The population in this study are Lazada E-commerce consumers in the city of Padang. With a sample of 60 respondents. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The type of data used is primary data through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Test the hypothesis by using the T statistical test to prove the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially or individually. The results of this study found that e-satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Lazada e-loyalty E-commerce. e-trust has a positive and significant effect on Lazada E-commerce e-loyalty.
