Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 2) mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 3) mengetahui apakah citra merek berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini penelitian ini adalah pengguna moto Yamaha N-Max di Di Kota Padang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Keputusan pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Yamah N-Max di Kota Padang 2) Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhada keputusan pembelian motor Yamah N-Max di Kota Padang 3) Promosi medial social berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Yamaha N-Max di Kota Padang. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Brand Image, Promosi Medial Sosial dan Keputusan Pembelian Abstract. The purpose of this study is to 1) determine whether product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions, 2) find out whether service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions, 3) find out whether brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were users of the Yamaha N-Max motorcycle in Padang City. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results showed that 1) Purchase decisions had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha N-Max motorcycles in Padang City 2) Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha N-Max motorcycles in Padang City. 3) Social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Yamaha N-Max motorcycles in Padang City. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Social Media Promotion and Purchase Decision.
