Abstract
Pra rancangan pabrik Metanol dari Karbon Dioksida (CO2) dan Hidrogen (H2). Proses Beroperasi secara Kontiniu dengan menggunakan Reaktor RWGS dan Reaktor Syntesis Metanol dengan masa operasi 300 hari per tahun dan kapasitas produksi yang di rencanakan 11.000 ton/tahun. Pabrik ini di rencanakan berdiri pada tahun 2030 yang berlokasi di Kampar Riau. Bentuk perusahaan adalah perseroan terbatas dengan struktur organisasi “Line ”. Hasil analisa ekonomi pra rancangan pabrik Biodiesel yang telah di hitung di peroleh sebagai beriku: Umur pabrik : 10 tahun Massa konstruksi : 2 tahun Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = US$ 6.550.390 = Rp 94.045.588.471 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = US$ 11.559.511,97 = Rp 140.855.081.731 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 77.063.413 = Rp 1.106.418.687.889 Total Sales (TS) = US$ 35.200.000 = Rp 505.375.200.000 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 16.267.060 = Rp 233.550.251.228 Rate of Return (ROR) = 21,5% Pay of Time (POT) = 3 tahun 3 bulan 13 hari Break Event Point (BEP) = 21,2%
