Penelitian ini menggunakan kebijakan hutang sebagai variabel dependen dan ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan dan resiko bisnis sebagai variabel independen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh Ukuran perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Pertumbhan Penjualan, dn Resiko Bisnis terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Perusahaan Property and Real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini melakukan uji statistik Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan program eviews 8. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 37 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh untuk pengambilan sampel. Bersadarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan , maka dapat disimpulkan variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan hutang, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang, pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang, dan resiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang. This study uses debt policy as the dependent variable and firm size, profitability, sales growth and business risk as independent variables.The purpose of this reseach was to examines influence of the companies size, profitability, sales growth, and business risk on the debt policy from property and feal estate listed in Indonesia stock exchange. This research was conducted by multiple linear statistical best leart using programs eviews 8. The population of this research using were property and real estate of the companies listed in Indonesia exchange. The sample was used 37 companies. Based on this reaserch that had been done, The conclusion of this study shows that company size has a negative effect on debt policy, profitability has no effect on debt policy, sales growth has no effect on debt policy, and business risk has no effect on debt policy.
