Abstract

ANALISIS PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, STRES KERJA DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PERILAKU KONTRAPRODUKTIF PADA PEGAWAI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM KOTA SAWAHLUNTO Diah Putri Utami1 , Dr. Akmal2 ,Linda Wati3 (123)Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, UniversitasBung Hatta E-mail : putridiah07@gmail.com,akmal@gmail.com,111nda@yahoo.co.id Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, stres kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap perilaku kontraproduktif pegawai dinas pekerjaan umum kota sawahlunto. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel 76 orang pegawai, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan adalah metode purposive sampling, data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik uji T- test untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial maupun individual.Hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kontraproduktif pegawai dinas pekerjaan umum kota sawahlunto, sedangkan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kontraproduktif pegawai dinas pekerjaan umum kota sawahlunto. viii ANALISIS PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, STRES KERJA DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PERILAKU KONTRAPRODUKTIF PADA PEGAWAI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM KOTA SAWAHLUNTO Diah Putri Utami1 , Dr. Akmal2 ,Linda Wati3 (123)Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, UniversitasBung Hatta E-mail : putridiah07@gmail.com,akmal@gmail.com,111nda@yahoo.co.id Abstract The purpose of this research is to know analysis of the influence of organizational culture, work stress and emotional intelligence on counterproductive behavior on employees of the city public works office sawahlunto. The samples of this research are 76.the technique that used purposive sampling. The data that use is primary data in quisioner. The data analysis method used analysis of regressing double linear. Hyphotesis experiment used T-test to show the effect of independent variabel toward dependen variable in patrial or individual.The result of hyphotesis test found that organizational culture and emotional intelligence influenced positive toward counterproductive behavior on employees of the city public works office sawahlunto but the work stress did not significant on employees of the city public works office sawahlunto Keywords: organizational culture, work stress, emotional intelligence, counterproductive Behavior
