Abstract
Motor brushless DC (BLDC) has started to be implemented in the industrial world, as it has many advantages over other propulsion motors, such as quicker response, longer lifespan, and have a wide speed range compared with an induction motor. Besides other advantages are 13% more efficient than induction motors, size is 40% smaller than conventional DC motors, because they do not have a toothbrush, then little or no treatment, produces little noise and electrical noise of the DC motor konvensinal. To control the speed of the BLDC motor seacara required automatic speed control system design. From the results of the research with fuzzy logic based on the load applied that resistor 10 Ohm, 39 Ohm and 49 Ohm, obtained a good response from each test. For 10 Ohm resistor obtained td 0.0125 seconds, tr 0.031 seconds, tp 0.03 seconds, and mp 1.89%. on testing with 39 Ohm load resistor obtained td 0.01 seconds, tr 0.025 seconds, tp 0.032 seconds, and mp 2.34%. on testing with 49 Ohm load resistor is obtained td 0.012 seconds, tr 0.024 seconds, tp 0.032 seconds, and mp 2.34%.
