To analyze, the data the researcher used the Pearson Product Moment Formula and Multiple Correlation Formula. The result of analyzing data descriptively demonstrated that students’ English National Examination was moderate, students’ motivation to learn English was moderate, and students’ English Proficiency was moderate. It also revealed that the value of coefficient correlation between English Nasional Examination and their English Proficiency was 0.47 and rtable was 0.329 (α 0.05, df n-2 (34)), the value of coefficient correlation between students’ motivation and their English Proficiency was 0.89 and rtable was 0.329 (α 0.05, df n-2 (34)), and the value of coefficient correlation between students’ English National Examination and their motivation to learn English toward their English Proficiency was 0.90 and f- counted was 70.342, value of f- table was 3.27 (α 0.05, (df=n-k-1 (34)), value of f- table was 3.27.
