Abstract

BMS stands for Bulding Management System. Building Management System is an application system that is an integrated system of measuring energy consumed by the Convention Hall building consisting of several zones. The use of electrical energy in this building cannot be monitored and it is known how much energy consumption pergedung. Building management system is an application system that is a combination of technology and services that are specific to the home or building environment with certain functions that aim to improve the efficiency, comfort, and safety of its inhabitants. The purpose of this study is to look at the consumption of electricity in the Convention Hall building based on the existing loads on the building. By looking at the energy consumption in the building, it can be estimated that the electricity bill in the Convention Hall building. Based on this research, it was designed by using an automatic system on an arduino-based building. Keywords : Arduino, Building Management System, Monitoring
