Abstract

Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Pengembangan Diri Terhadap Quality of Work Life di PT Lembah Karet Padang Latiser mami saska1, Ice Kamela2, Reni Yuliviona3 Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Bung Hatta Padang E-Mail : latiser1992@gmail.com, icekamela@yahoo.com, Reniyuliviona@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan pengembangan diri terhadap Quality of Work Life (QWL) karyawan bagian produksi PT Lembah Karet Padang. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah 48 orang karyawan, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil analisis terdapat keselamatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Quality of Work Life (QWL), dengan nilai 0,273< 0,05. Sedangkan kesehatan kerja dan pengembangan diri berpengaruh terhadap Quality of Work Life (QWL), dengan nilai 0,00 > 0,05. In this study, the sample is used 48 employees, which all of the population is used sample. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. From the analysis of safety there are no effect on the Quality of Work Life (QWL), with value 0,273< 0,05. Where as the occupational health and self-development effect on the Quality of Work Life (QWL), with value 0,00 > 0,05.
