Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of motivation and work environment on employee productivity. In this study, the sample is 41 production employees of PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung Dharmasraya, the type of data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. In this study used two variables: the first category of the dependent variable is the productivity of employees, two independent variables consisting of motivation and work environment. To perform hypothesis testing is done by using quantitative analysis method through the formation of multiple linear regression model and t-statistics test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is done using SPSS found that motivation significant effect on employee productivity PT. Tidar Kerinci District Court Dharmasraya, then the working environment have a significant effect on employee productivity PT. Tidar Kerinci District Court Darmasraya.
