FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI FINANCIALDISTRESSPADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR PROPERTY DAN REALESTATE DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA Oleh Holivia1 Yuhelmi2 Rika Desiyanti3 Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bung Hatta Padang e-mail: holivvia@gmail.com, yuhelmi@bunghatta.ac.id, rikadesiyanti@bunghatta.ac.id Abstrak This research aims to prove and analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, activity ratio and retained earnings ratio to financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was done using saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is to use panel data regression which is processed using eviews. In accordance with the results of hypothesis testing that has been conducted, it is found that liquidity, profitability and retained earnings ratios have a negative effect on financial distress in the real estate and property sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the activity ratio has no significant effect on financial distress in the real estate sub-sector companies and property on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas, Rasio Laba Ditahan, & Financial Distress
