Abstract

Refinement tools for brick splinters and dough stirrers for pickling eggs are a tool used to produce salted eggs with denser egg albumin. With this tool, it is expected to be able to increase salted egg production and help the community. This salted egg packaging dough mixer machine has a simple working principle by utilizing the rotation of the motor through an intermediate transmission belt that rotates the shaft (drum), before the engine is turned on first input the bricks into the drum (hopper), the drum is equipped with a blade the blade that crosses so that when the drum splinters of rotating bricks the blade will smooth the flakes of bricks, this process will last until the bricks flake as you wish.
