Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, Tourism is a trip undertaken for recreation or entertainment and also preparations made for this activity. It cannot be denied that the occurrence of an accident while traveling was caused purely by an accident or the negligence of the visitor or the tourist himself, which is the responsibility of the tourism manager. Formulation of the Problem: 1) What is the Form of Implementation of the Responsibilities given by the Tourism Manager at Carocok Painan Beach for Visitor Losses? 2) What is the view of tourists on the accountability given by the tourism manager? 3) What are the constraints and efforts of tourism managers in providing legal accountability for visitor losses? This type of research is sociological juridical. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and document studies. The results of the study are 1) the form of responsibility given by the tourism management is to provide insurance to visitors and tourists who have been involved in accidents 2) related to the views of tourists, the tourism manager has carried out his duties properly 3) The obstacles encountered are the lack of awareness of the local community about The importance of administration in the Carocok Painan Beach Tourism Area is an effort made by informing about the importance of administration in the Carocok Painan Beach Tourism Area based on the regulations that have been set.
