Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti secara empiris pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, dan keamanan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet aplikasi dana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat di Kota Padang yang berminat menggunakan e-wallet aplikasi dana. Teknik pengambilan sampel yakni menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 80 responden. Metode analisis ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet aplikasi dana, kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet aplikasi dana, dan keamanan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet aplikasi dana. Katakunci: Kemudahan Penggunaan, Kepercayaan, Keamanan, Minat Menggunakan Abstract The research aims to empirically investigate the influence of ease of use, trust, and security on interest using e-wallet application funds. This research is quantitative and it uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. This research population is the entire community in Padang City who are interested in using e-wallet application funds. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. A sample of 80 respondents was obtained. This method of analysis uses double regression analysis processed using the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that ease of use has a positive influence on interest using e-wallet application funds, confidence has no positive effect on the interest using the e-wallet application fund, and security does not have a positive impact on interest in using e -wallet app funds.
