Abstract

THE EFFECT OF PERSON ORGANIZATIONAL FIT AND PERSON JOB FIT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION AS MEDIATION VARIABLES (Empirical Study on Padang City Education Office Employees) 1)Mairul Chandra, 2)Irwan, 3)Listiana 1,2,3,Master of Management Science Program, Bung Hatta University, Padang. *Corresponding author: chandra170582@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and prove the effect of person organizational fit and organizational fit on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment and job satisfaction as mediating variables. The population in this study were 124 employees of the Padang City Education Office. The type of research data is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. This research analysis tool uses Smart-PLS. The results of the study found that the variable person organizational fit has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, person organizational fit has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, person job fit has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, person job fit has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between person organizational fit and organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between person job fit and organizational citizenship behavior in Padang City Education Office Employees.
