Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh beban kerja, self efficacy dan konflik peran terhadap kelelahan emosional pada penjaga lapas kelas II A Padang. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah 56 orang penjaga lapas kelas II A Padang. Analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan emosional, self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan emosional dan konflik peran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan emosional penjaga lembaga permasyarakatan kelas II A Padang. Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, self efficacy, konflik peran & Kelelahan Emosional Abstract. This study aims to analyze and empirically prove the effect of workload, self- efficacy and role conflict on emotional exhaustion in prison guards class II A Padang. In this study, the sample was 56 prison guards class II A Padang. The analysis used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is multiple regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that workload had no effect on emotional exhaustion, self-efficacy had no effect on emotional exhaustion and role conflict had no effect on emotional exhaustion of class II A Padang prison guards.
