Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze how organizational support and leadership affect employee performance and employee engagement as a mediating variable. The phenomenon that occurred in the West Sumatra BPJS Office in the temporary results survey was the poor performance of employees. This study is an employee at the West Sumatra BPJS Office, especially in the Padang, Solok, Bukittinggi and Payakumbuh branches. This study uses Partial Lease Sequare (PLS). A model that was developed explains how the influence of organizational support and leadership on employee performance, employee engagement as a mediating variable.In total, 201 distributed and 103 valid questionnaires were collected and analysed. Analysis and conclusion that ethical leadership does not affect performance, organizational support affects performance, ethical leadership affects performance, organizational support does not affect employee engagement, performance affects employee engagement, employee engagement has no effect as a mediation of organizational support on performance, and employee engagement has no effect as a mediation ethical leadership on performance Keywords; Organizational Support, Ethical Leadership, Employee Performance, Employee Engagement
