Abstract

During the implementation of construction projects, discrepancies often occur between the planned schedule and realization in the field, which can result in increased implementation time and cost overruns. This research aims to find out efforts to accelerate projects and find out the comparison of cost overruns after using the Time Cost Trade Off method with the help of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel. The results of the research obtained an acceleration of 56 days and the best alternative was obtained, namely by adding labor because the cost increase was IDR 103,726,535, less than the alternative of adding working hours where the cost increase was IDR. 980,502,162.
