Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examined the significant effects of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, absorptive capacity and channel richness to knowledge sharing attitude. The main data collection method is by using a questionnaire. Multiple regression tools are used for research. Data for this study were obtained from samples of accounting students at universities in the city of Padang. This study uses 64 respondents (64%). Results of the study showed that intrinsic motivation, absorptive capacity and channel richness affect knowledge sharing attitude in college accounting students in Padang. While extrinsic motivation had no effect to knowledge sharing attitude in college accounting students in Padang.
