Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, leverage and size towards stock return. The study using 52 high profile companies listed in Indonesia. Stock Exchange, with period between 2009-2012. Study variables in this research, can be grouped into two variables. The first variable is the dependent variable that is corporate social responsibility disclosure, leverage and size. The second variable is the independent variable that is stock return. Hypothesis testing method used is multiple regression analysis and t-statistic. The result showed only partially corporate social responsibility disclosure variables, leverage variables and size variables did not affect significant on the stock return.
