Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris analisis pengaruh group cohesiveness, self-efficacy dan reward and punishment terhadap budgetary slack.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 Dinas Kota Padang.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer.Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling.Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda namun terlebih dahulu data harus melewati uji instrumen data dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwagroup cohesiveness tidak berpengaruh terhadap budgetary slack, sedangkanself-efficacy dan reward and punishment berpengaruh terhadapbudgetary slack.
